Officers responded to the area on a report of a disturbance. They contacted the suspect who resisted arrest and was taken into custody with the use of a taser. ARRESTED: Keyandre Brumfield, 35, for being under the influence of drugs in public, possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting arrest.
