* WHEN...From Noon MDT today through this evening.
* IMPACTS...Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Scattered showers and thunderstorms will initiate during the early afternoon hours. The heavy rainfall threat will persist through the evening.
