Bomb threat at the Harper Woods Kroger 
Harper Woods police officers were dispatched to the Kroger grocery store located at 20903 Harper Avenue at approximately 11:00 am on today's date for a bomb threat. The store was evacuated by Kroger management prior to police arrival. Harper Woods officers secured the scene and contacted the Michigan State Police Bomb Squad to conduct a sweep of the building. No evidence of an explosive device was found and the buisness was reopened shortly thereafter. The case has been turned over to Harper Woods detectives for further investigation.
