Weekend Traffic Advisory

The City of Hoboken, the Hoboken Office of Emergency Management, and the Hoboken Police Department are advising residents of scheduled road closures, parking restrictions, and other possible traffic impacts due to a variety of weekend events throughout the city.  

On Saturday, June 3, 2023, there will be road closures and parking restrictions on Sinatra Drive and near Pier A during the Hoboken Catholic Academy 13th Annual 5K Run/Walk and 1 Mile Kids Run.  It starts in Pier A Park at 8 a.m. 

On Saturday, June 3, 2023, from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., Jackson Street will be closed from Second to Fourth Streets. Third Street will be closed at Jackson Street for Hoboken's first ever Southwest Fest. On Sunday, June 4, 2023, volunteers will be taking part in the City's Pride Crosswalk Painting at the intersection of Washington and Newark Streets. From 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Washington Street will be closed in both directions from Observer Highway to First Street. Newark Street will be closed between Hudson and Bloomfield Streets. The New Jersey Transit #126 bus will be diverted off of Washington Street and run on Hudson and Bloomfield Streets between Observer Highway and 11th Street.
