INCIDENT: Trespassing
LOCATION: Yucca Valley High School, 7600 Sage Avenue
SUSPECT(S): Four Male Juveniles
VICTIM(S): Yucca Valley High School
SUMMARY: On Thursday, June 1, 2023, at approximately 3:30 p.m. Deputies J. Lopez and S. Schoolmeester responded to a call for service at Yucca Valley High School in reference to a video sent to a student of subjects holding firearms. During the investigations, deputies determined there was no threat to the school or the students.
While at the school, an unrelated group of juveniles were seen trespassing at the bus drop-off area. Four male juveniles fled from deputies on foot and were later apprehended. Four juveniles were issued citations for trespassing on school grounds. All juveniles were released to their parents.
