Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help in locating At-Risk Missing Person, Von Earlsal Cowan. He is a 60-year-old Black male who was last seen on June 2, 2023, at 7:30 p.m., on the 12200 La Mirada Blvd., in the city of La Mirada. Mr. Cowan left a convalescent hospital on foot.
Mr. Cowan is 5’07”, 185 lbs. with brown eyes, and bald. He was last seen wearing dark long sleeve shirt and brown pants.
Mr. Cowan suffers from a medical history of heart and kidney failure, and high blood pressure. There is a concern for Mr. Cowan’s well being because of his medical history and condition.
