* WHERE...In New Jersey, Hudson, Eastern Essex and Eastern Union Counties. In New York, Richmond (Staten Island), Kings (Brooklyn), Southern Queens and Southern Nassau Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 PM to 10 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Minor to localized moderate flooding is expected in the more vulnerable locations near the waterfront and shoreline. Some roads and low lying properties including parking lots, parks, lawns, and homes and businesses with basements near the waterfront will experience minor to localized moderate flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The best chance for localized moderate will be across the south shore back bays of southern Queens and Southern Nassau.

* AFFECTED AREAS: HUDSON ... EASTERN ESSEX ... EASTERN UNION ... RICHMOND (STATEN IS.) ... KINGS (BROOKLYN) ... SOUTHERN QUEENS ... SOUTHERN NASSAU
