Flood Advisory until 11:45PM Saturday 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following counties, Frio, Uvalde and Zavala.
* WHEN...Until 1145 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 955 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen especially across west central and southeast portions of Uvalde County. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible over this area within the next few hours. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Uvalde, Uvalde Estates, Cline and Frio Town. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
