Flood Advisory until 05:15AM 
* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Fisher, Jones, Nolan and Taylor.
* WHEN...Until 515 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 209 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to slow moving thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sweetwater, Hamlin, Roscoe, Blackwell, Nolan, Merkel, Rotan, Tuscola, Roby, Buffalo Gap, Trent, Lawn, Longworth, Noodle, Sylvester, Maryneal, Neinda. - This includes the following highways... Interstate 20 between Mile Markers 230 and 271. This includes the following Low Water Crossings... US 180 crossing 7 miles west of Roby, SH 70 crossing The Draw Southeast of Rotan, many frontage roads along IH 20 between Merkel and Sweetwater, FM 611 crossing 7 miles west of Rotan, FM 611 crossing 1 mile west of Rotan, and FM 89 crossing Scott Hollow.
