Suspicious Death Investigation 
On 6/5/2023, at approximately 2306 hours, the Kern County Sheriff's Office received a call regarding a medical emergency of a 3-year-old not breathing at the 9000 block of Sentido Drive in Bakersfield CA. Kern County Sheriff's Office deputies, along with the Kern County Fire Department and HALL Ambulance arrived on the scene and located a juvenile non-responsive and not breathing. The victim was pronounced deceased on the scene. Homicide detectives responded, and the investigation is ongoing.
