OWI 5th Offense – Dawn M Lintvedt 
On 06/07/23, at 11:38 PM, a Janesville officer located a vehicle traveling Northbound on Center Ave with expired registration. The officer located the violation with the use of the automatic license plate reader.
Upon initiating a traffic stop, and making contact with the driver, the officers observed behaviors that indicated the driver may be impaired. Dawn complied with standardized field sobriety tests and subsequently was arrested for operating while intoxicated (5th offense).
Dawn consented to an evidentiary sample of her blood. The results are pending.
Dawn was held at the Rock County Jail.
