The overnight rain has continued flooding in some areas and brought new flooding to others. The area between Georgia Street and Paramount Boulevard and from the Duniven Circle area to Duncan Street area seeing standing water in multiple places. Please avoid the area if you can. As always, the Amarillo Police Department urges everyone to avoid driving through or entering into standing water.
