The suspects entered a vehicle to flee but collided with the victim’s vehicle. The suspects exited their vehicle, brandished a gun, and carjacked the victim’s vehicle. Responding officers located the suspects nearby and took them into custody. ARRESTED: Luis Garcia, 29, Noe Arce, 42, and Mayra Jimenez, 29 for assault with a deadly weapon, conspiracy, carjacking, theft, and child endangerment.
2. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (2211) 1000 Block of South Stanislaus Street, Seaport District
The male victim, 56, was in the listed area to meet with the suspect. The suspect used his vehicle to strike the victim, before fleeing the area. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment of a non-life-threatening injury. SUSPECT: Hispanic male 20-30.
3. Person Stabbed (0100) Knickerbocker Drive and West Lane, Valley Oak District
The male victim, 25, was walking in the listed area when the suspect approached and demanded his property. During a struggle, the suspect stabbed the victim and fled on foot. The victim was treated at an area hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECT: Unknown race male, wearing dark clothing.
