Traffic control signs are in place at all intersections with 3rd Avenue from North Harbor to Railway Avenue.
If you must travel on 3rd Avenue, please wait for the pilot car and adhere to the direction of the traffic control signs and flaggers. Traffic violations will be strictly enforced with citations.
Please avoid travel on 3rd Avenue between North Harbor and Railway if possible.
