Traffic Advisory: Leavesley Road at Monterey Road Closed

Leavesley Road is now open with no traffic diversions.
The railroad crossing arms at the intersection of Leavesley Road and Monterey Road are currently stuck in the down position preventing traffic from moving in both east and westbound directions on Leavesley Road. As a result, Leavesley Road has been closed in both directions until repairs can be made.
Westbound traffic on Leavesley Road is being diverted north and southbound on Murray Avenue. Westbound Leavesley Road at Forest Street is also closed. These closures will prevent traffic from proceeding westbound on Leavesley Road to north or southbound Monterey Road.
Eastbound traffic on Leavesley Road/Welburn Avenue is being diverted north or southbound on Monterey Road.
The Gilroy Police Department does not have an estimated time for repairs to be completed.
