INCIDENT: PC368(b)(1) Elder Abuse, PC245(d)(1) Assault Great Bodily Injury, PC 422(a) Criminal Threats
LOCATION: 150000 block of Arbolito Way, Big River, CA
SUSPECT(S): Ramon Cintron, 28-year-old resident of Big River, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Thursday, June 8, 2023, at approximately 4:00 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station responded to a disturbance at the 150000 block of Arbolito Way, Big River, CA. During the investigation, it was discovered that Ramon Cintron engaged in a physical altercation with the elderly victims. Cintron fled the area prior to the deputies arriving. A short time later Cintron returned to the residence and assaulted another victim and made threats of bodily harm. Cintron again fled the scene but was detained by deputies a short distance away.
As a result of the investigation, Ramon Cintron was arrested for PC368(b)(1)-Elder Abuse, PC245(d)(1)- Assault with Great Bodily Injury and PC422(a)- Criminal Threats. Cintron was booked into the Colorado River Station jail, where he is being held in lieu of $90,000.00 bail.
