* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of central Wisconsin, including the following county, Clark.
* WHEN...Until 700 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 359 PM CDT, Local law enforcement reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding has been reported around the town of Abbotsford with the underpass at Highways 13 and 29 under 3 feet of water. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
