The Amarillo Police need your help locating an elderly woman. Her name is Joyce Baughn and her birthday is 08/04/1938. Joyce is driving a Red Dodge Truck Tx Lic 5HBXV. Joyce last talked to her sister right before 6pm. She was headed to her sister's house for dinner, but the route she normally takes is blocked due to flooding and the sister is concerned she got lost. Joyce lives near 4400 Lipscomb and was headed to the area of 4200 Mesa Circle. A photo of Joyce is attached. Her hair is gray now.
