At Risk Missing Elderly Adult
The San Mateo Police Department needs assistance in locating an at-risk elderly man who suffers from dementia.
San Mateo, CA – The San Mateo Police Department needs assistance in locating Rafael Roldan, an 81-year-old San Mateo resident who was reported missing by his family on June 11, 2023. Roldan was last seen on June 10, 2023 at approximately 4:00 p.m. He left his residence, which is located on Casa de Campo Way, to watch soccer games at Los Prados park, but he never arrived. He was last seen wearing a red hat, red shirt, black jacket, green/gray pants, and brown shoes. Roldan was not carrying a cell phone or money. Because of Roldan’s dementia, he is considered at risk. A recent photograph of Roldan is attached to this press release.

Rafael Roldan, a Hispanic male, 81-years-old, 5’1, 175 lbs., Gray hair/brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a red hat, red shirt, black jacket, green/gray pants, and brown shoes.
