The Green Bay Police Department has arrested a 26-year-old Green Bay man wanted on disorderly conduct charges for allegedly making threats at a business outside of the city.
Officers, which included SWAT and the Crisis Negotiation Team, were dispatched on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, around 1:45 a.m., for the suspect who was confirmed to be armed and inside of Black Stone Family Restaurant, 706 W. Walnut Street, Green Bay, following the prior reported incident.
The suspect was taken into custody without incident just after 3:00 a.m. upon exiting the restaurant.
The investigation is ongoing. No further details are available for release at this time.
