Flood Advisory until 08:00PM Tuesday 
* WHAT...Dry washes and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of southwest Idaho, including the following county, Owyhee.
* WHEN...Until 800 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 701 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause dry washes and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Silver City, Murphy, Reynolds, Doyle Mountain, Rough Mountain, Poison Creek Rec Site, Toy Pass, Triangle, Big Springs Ranch, Mud Flat Spring, Oreana, Battle Creek Ranch, Crab Spring Butte, The Hat, Hackberry Reservoir, Spencer Butte, Slack Mountain, Big Horse Basin Gap, Black Warrior Mountain and Frying Pan Spring. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
