Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office deputies, along with K9 Niko, are currently searching for a wanted man, 60-year-old Eddie Simmons of Grays Hill.

The public can expect an increased law enforcement presence in the area of Peaceful Way and Carolina Avenue in Grays Hill.

We ask that you avoid the area if possible.

There is no threat to the public.
