INCIDENT: PC 417 - Brandishing a Firearm
LOCATION: East Broadway and Interstate 40, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Unknown White Male, Approx 50-65 years of age, Driving a white BMW Sedan
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at approximately 8:05 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department responded to a report of brandishing a firearm near the area of Interstate 40 and East Broadway, in the city of Needles. The victim stated a white BMW sedan operated by a white male adult, approximately 50-65 years of age, was blocking the roadway. The victim attempted to get the driver’s attention when the unknown suspect produced a firearm. The suspect fled the scene shortly afterwards.
