Press Release: Gun Shots near Lindberg Park Neighborhood

Yesterday, at about 5 pm, CCPD Officers responded to a call of gun shots heard in the area of Overland Avenue and Virginia Ave. Officers, who were patrolling the area, were simultaneously flagged down by an area resident regarding the gun shots and found 9mm ammunition casings. Officers conducted an area check for the suspect, who was not located.

Suspect: Male, light complexion, heavy build, hand tattoos, wearing red hooded sweatshirt, red shorts and a black backpack and riding a black bicycle.
Weapon: black semi-automatic 9mm handgun
