OWI 4th Offense – Timothy S. Rivera

On 06-15-23, at 11:40 PM, a Janesville officer stopped a vehicle for speeding on S. Main Street and St. Lawrence.
 
Upon contacting the driver, the officer observed behaviors that indicated the driver may be impaired.  
 
The driver, identified by Wisconsin ID Card as Timothy S. Rivera, complied with standardized field sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested for operating while intoxicated.
 
A Department of Motor Vehicle Check on Rivera’s license showed he had 3 prior OWI convictions (2007, 2009, 2011) in Illinois.
 
A legal blood draw was taken from Rivera and the results are pending.
 
Rivera was held at the Rock County Jail pending his initial court appearance
