Suspicious Activity 
On, Friday, 06/16/2023 at approximately 0110 hours, the pictured male was observed pulling on vehicle handles in the 8400 block of Putnam Court. Shorty after, the same male was observed pulling on vehicle handles on Swallow Tail Lane. A resident advised the male was then observed departing the area in an unknown make or model sedan driven by another male.
