Cedarpines Park Man Arrested after Criminal Threats Investigation Leads to Discovery of Firearms and Drug Residence

LOCATION: 600 block of Mozumdar Drive, Cedarpines Park
SUSPECT(S): Mark Anthony Harrigan, 62-year-old resident of Cedarpines Park
VICTIM(S): 52-year-old resident of Cedarpines Park
SUMMARY: On Sunday, June 11, 2023, investigators from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Twin Peaks Station conducted a criminal threats investigation which had occurred in the 600 block of Mozumdar, in the community of Cedarpines Park. As a result, an arrest warrant was issued for 62-year-old Mark Harrigan.
On Thursday, June 15, 2023, deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, Twin Peaks Station, Specialized Enforcement Division, and San Bernardino County Probation, served a search warrant at Mark Harrigan’s residence in the community of Cedarpines Park. As a result of the investigation deputies seized 15 firearms for evidence.
At the conclusion of the search warrant Mark Harrigan was arrested for his outstanding arrest warrant for PC422-Criminal Threats, PC29800(a)(1)-Prohibited Person in Possession of Firearms, and HS11366-Maintain/Operate a Drug Residence.
