We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you of an important development regarding the GateHouse mobile application that many of you rely on to issue visitor passes.

Some of our Samsung users have recently experienced issues due to a Google security update. We assure you that TEMS, the software company responsible for the GateHouse app, has identified and resolved this problem.

They have submitted an update to the Google Play Store, including the necessary fix. While the exact timing of its availability is not in our control, we have been informed it should be ready for download this coming Monday.

Until the update is available, you can issue passes using the gatehouse Web Portal 
https://bearvalley.gatehouseportal.com/Home/Index/

In the meantime, we appreciate your patience and understanding. We'll send out another notification once the update is live. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
