Burr Ridge Police Department addressing reports of a mass shooting in Unincorporated DuPage County. 
This notification is to address reports online and on the news that there was a mass shooting in Burr Ridge in the early morning of June 18.
To confirm: There was no such incident in Burr Ridge.
Burr Ridge Officers, along with multiple other agencies, responded to a mutual aid request from the DuPage County Sherrif's Police for assistance at the scene of a large gathering with a report of gunshots and multiple victims near Illinois Route 83 and Honeysuckle Rose Lane.
Burr Ridge Officers assisted with crowd control.
