6/17 - 10:52 a.m. - David R.A. Truetner, 35 of Smithton, arrested on a St. Clair County misdemeanor warrant out of Caseyville for Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and multiple St. Clair County traffic warrants. Truetner was also cited by the Millstadt Officer for Driving While Suspended, Operation Uninsured Vehicle & Operation of Vehicle when Registration Suspended. Incident occurred in the 6900 block of State Route 163.
