The annual Independence Day Parade starts on Chester Ave. at 12pm Tuesday July 4th. The parade route travels Chester Ave. to Main St. to S. Church St. Expect traffic delays in the area beginning at 11am as the detour routes are put in place. Officers will be on location to assist with traffic.
