1. Battery on an Officer (0507) 1700 Block of East Fremont Street, Park District
Officers contacted an intoxicated suspect when he attempted to hit one of the officers. The suspect was taken to the ground and placed in a SAFE wrap device to prevent him from hurting himself or the officers.
ARRESTED: Alberto Hernandez, 56, for battery on an officer, resisting arrest, and public intoxication.
