At-Risk Juvenile Located 
***UPDATE*** James has been located and safely returned to his family.
Thirteen-year-old Elijah James has been missing since roughly 7:30 this evening, June 20, 2023. He left his residence at 2600 Bentley Road, on foot. James was last seen wearing khaki pants, a blue tie-dye shirt and beige slides. He was last seen on foot on Delk Road toward Terrell Mill Road. According to James family, he is believed to be an at-risk youth.
Officers and Detectives are still canvassing the area and are asking for the public’s assistance. Anyone with information about his location is urged to call 911 immediately.
