INCIDENT: Felony Warrant Arrest for P.C. 3455 - Violation of Probation
LOCATION: D Street and W. Broadway St., Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Eric Walen, 45-years-old, Resident of Bullhead City, AZ
VICTIM(S): N/A
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, June 21, 2023, at approximately 3:10 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department made contact with Eric Walen, when they responded to a call for service near D Street and E Broadway for a report of a disturbance. During investigation, Eric Walen was found to have an outstanding felony warrant for P.C. 3455 - Violation of Probation.
Walen was consequently arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station for booking. Walen remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with no bail, awaiting a court hearing.
