Neighbor Dispute Results in Shooting 
On June 21, 2023, at approximately 5:00 pm, SVPD officers responded to a shooting at the 1500 block of Patricia Ave. On arrival, officers discovered an adult male subject had sustained a non-life-threatening gunshot wound and was subsequently transported to a local hospital.
Upon preliminary investigation, the shooting resulted from a neighbor dispute. However, more details are being sought and the investigation is continuing. No arrests have been made at this time and there is no danger to the public.
