The Arcadia Police Department seeks your help in locating a missing person: Rong Yu Feng, Age 83, male Asian, 5'9", 150lbs, wearing a red shirt and blue pants. Last seen: On his wheelchair leaving 601 Sunset Blvd. (Arcadia Living Facility) on 6/15/2023 at 8am. Rong does not have a cellular telephone with him, or any cash or credit cards. Rong suffers from hypertension and requires a wheelchair to get around. Rong may be enroute to a former address in Paramount, Ca.
