On Monday, 6/26/23, and Tuesday, 6/27/23, the Newport Beach Police Department will be conducting active shooter response training in the vicinity of Our Lady Queen of Angels Catholic School. The purpose of this message is to alert the community there may be a large amount of police vehicles in the area, along with noise generated by role players and simulated weapons. Every effort will be made to impact the community as minimally as possible during this training event. There is no danger to the community related to this training.
