Dear Residents of Port Royal, Aqua Villa, Shoreline, and Crystal Lake,

We regret to inform you that water service has been temporarily interrupted due to an unexpected leak. Our diligent water crew is already on-site, working to address and repair the issue quickly and safely.

We do not yet have an estimated time for when the water service will be restored. However, we want to assure you that our crews are fully committed to resolving the issue as soon as possible, and they will not leave the site until the water service is restored. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and patience.
