1. Assault with a Deadly Weapon Arrest (1848) 00 Block of North Wilson Way, Park District
The male victim, 56, was involved in an argument with the suspect. During the argument, the suspect pointed a gun at the victim and threatened to kill him. Officers arrived and arrested the suspect without incident. ARRESTED: Jerry Price, 37, for assault with a deadly weapon and weapon charges.
2. Attempted Robbery (2028) 1300 Block of South Pilgrim Street, Park District
The male victim, 49, was in the area when the suspect approached armed with a firearm. The suspect pointed the gun at the victim and demanded money. A family member scared the suspect off, and he fled without any money. SUSPECT: White male, 20-30 years old, wearing black clothing.
3. Person Shot (0018) 2800 Block of Country Club Boulevard, Civic District
The male victim, 31, was in the area when he was shot. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment. SUSPECT: Black male.
