UPDATE on Train derailment update. Clink for info 
In the early hours of June 24th a train derailed in Stillwater County dumping an unknown substance into the Yellowstone River. In an official statement issued at 7:34 pm from the Montana Department of Enviromental Quality (DEQ), there is no negative impact or safety issue to the Yellowstone River. This includes the areas of Custer County and Miles City. Responders are still on scene in Stillwater County. The clean up is ongoing .
