Red Flag Warning until 08:00PM Tuesday
AAA The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a Red Flag Warning...which is in effect from noon to 8 PM MDT Tuesday. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect.
* AREA AND TIMING...Northwest Plateau (Zone 101) and North Central Mountains (Zone 120) until 8 pm this evening, as well as Tuesday afternoon and early evening. Dry thunderstorms will favor locations along and east of the continental divide on Tuesday.
* 20 FOOT WINDS...Southwest 15 to 30 mph with gusts to 40 mph today. Southwest 20 to 35 mph with gusts to 50 mph on Tuesday.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...6 to 11 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHWEST PLATEAU ... WEST CENTRAL MOUNTAINS
