* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 422 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly across portions of the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.0 inches are possible across portions of the advised area. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Easton, Bethlehem, Forks, Northampton, Wilson, Nazareth, Bangor, Pen Argyl, Wind Gap, Bath, Harmony, and Alpha. - This includes the following highways...
