* AREA AND TIMING...Northwest Plateau (Zone 101) and West Central Mountains (Zone 105) from noon today to 7 pm MDT this evening.
* 20 FOOT WINDS...Southwest 20 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Ranging from 7 to 13 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
* AFFECTED AREAS: NORTHWEST PLATEAU ... WEST CENTRAL MOUNTAINS
