Low visibilities due to areas of smoke and fog...
The combination of smoke from the Canadian wildfires and fog 
across the region will lead to low visibilities this morning. 
Visibilities below one half mile will be possible at times. If 
traveling this morning, use caution and be prepared for rapidly 
changing visibilities. Conditions will slowly improve during the
late morning.
