Just a quick update. Heat Advisory (heat index values at 108 degrees or higher) is in effect for all of Southeast Texas today, and additional advisories will likely be needed on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Beginning on Sunday or Monday and continuing into the middle of next week, gradually lowering temperatures combined with gradually increasing clouds and gradually increasing rain chances will most likely lead to no Heat Advisories.
