At Library or Hill: traffic will only be able to make a left onto Horseneck Road. Pine Brook Rd, Hook Mtn and Woodland will be open. West Minster and Passic Valley will be closed off.
At the High School or Fox Hollow: Must head West (Towards Changebridge Rd.) only.
Trinity Baptist Church, Campagna and First Aid building: All traffic will head South (towards Rt. 46). Once at intersection traffic can either continue South on Changebridge or make a right onto River Road. No traffic will make a left on Horseneck Rd.
Lazar Middle School or Old Changebridge Rd: All traffic will head North (towards Rt. 202) on Changebridge Road.
Community Center Parking lots: All traffic will head North (towards Rt. 202) on Changebridge Road.
IF you are exiting Passaic Valley onto Changebridge Road: All traffic will make a right onto Changebridge towards Rt. 202.
Brittany Road will be closed at Cheryl. No traffic will be able to get to Horseneck from Brittany.
