The Kings Mosquito Abatement District has scheduled an aerial spray operation this week for over 30,000 acres within the Corcoran area to help reduce the number of mosquitoes resulting from the Flooding of Tulare Lake Basin and other areas related to the record breaking snowpack. The aerial application will begin June 29th around 9:00pm to approximately 2:00am. Additional applications may be considered on an as needed basis. Aerial Adult mosquito Dibrom can be used for controlling mosquitoes without endangering human health, pets, fish, birds, or livestock when applied in the amounts recommended on the label.
