Union City PD seeks your help in locating an "at risk" missing person. Ryan Hengst, 31 year old white male, 5'7" tall, weighing 400 pounds, with brown hair. He was last on 06/27/23 at about 4 pm, wearing shorts and slippers. Ryan has mental health concerns.
