Due to the annual Independence Day parade, multiple street within the City of Northville will be closed to traffic beginning at 9:45am and remaining closed until approximately 1pm. Northbound S. Center Street from Seven Mile Road will be limited access for parade participants ONLY. The following streets will be impacted during this closure:
- Griswold Road – between E. Main Street and Beal Street
- E. Main Street – between Griswold Road and Hutton Street
- Hutton Street – between Mary Alexander Court and Dunlap Street
- Dunlap Street – between Hutton Street and Linden Street
- Linden Street – between Dunlap Street and W. Main Street
- W. Main Street – between Rogers Street and Center Street
- S. Center Street – between W. Main Street and Fairbrook Street
- Northbound S. Center Street from Seven Mile Road will be limited access for parade participants ONLY.
Citizens traveling in the area should expect traffic delays and heavy traffic congestion. Alternate routes should be considered.
