INCIDENT: P.C. 484E Acquiring Access Card with Intent to Sell, P.C. 484G Theft by Use of Access Card Data, P.C. 182 Conspiracy to Commit a Crime, H&S 11359 Possession of Marijuana for Sales, H&S 11351 Possession of Narcotics/Controlled Substance for Sales
LOCATION: Playground Drive and Summit Drive, Crestline
SUSPECT(S): Dustin Schneider, 30-year-old male resident of Yucaipa
Ashley Armstrong, 32-year-old female resident of Yucaipa
Debra Armstrong, 50-year-old female resident of Yucaipa
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On June 26, 2023, deputies from the Twin Peaks Station responded to a report of fraudulent activity on several of the victim's credit accounts. Deputies learned the victim's wallet was stolen from an event she was attending.
The suspects used her credit cards at multiple gas stations and an electronis store in San Bernardino. Through investigative leads, deputies identified Dustin Schneider and Ashley Armstrong, former residents of Crestline, as two of the suspects. Deputies served a search warrant at their residence in Yucaipa and found the location was being used for sales of marijuana and psilocybin mushrooms. Over 8lbs of marijuana, 100+ containers of THC concentrate, and just under one pound of psilocybin mushrooms were recovered. Debra Armstrong was contacted during the service of the search warrant and arrested for H.S. 11359 Possession of Marijuana for Sales and H.S. 11351 Possession of Narcotics/Controlled Substance for Sales.
Deputies located Schneider and Armstrong at a motel in the city of San Bernardino. They were arrested for P.C. 484E Acquiring Access Card with Intent to Sell, P.C. 484G Theft by Use of Access Card Data, P.C. 182 Conspiracy to Commit a Crime
